Collateral Management Corporation (CMC) is a commercial fundraising organization, registered with the Attorney Generals Office in Sacramento.
CMC solicits donations and sells motor vehicles on behalf of a variety of charities and has been in business as a licensed motor vehicle dealer in the same location for eleven years. CMC further carries liability insurance in excess of one (1) million dollars.

Mission: Keeping children out of the Court Systems and into a better home environment is our goal. Showing the entire family a new way of dealing with one child’s problem may show the family the problem arises from the family. Although a sometimes difficult situation arises working with families most cases have proven helpful to our Court Cases.
Discovering and finding a new approach for families dealing in child court cases is difficult but if you can reach just one child, one family, it’s worth its efforts in gold.
